Jonathan is an experienced senior recruitment and HR professional with a career spanning more than 25 years across local government, not‑for‑profit, higher education, financial services, technology, and professional services.
He has a strong track record of designing and delivering effective talent acquisition strategies, improving organisational capability, and leading high‑performing teams. Jonathan has held multiple senior interim and permanent roles, most recently with The Barnet Group, where he led group-wide resourcing transformation, introduced modern recruitment processes, and delivered substantial cost savings through direct sourcing initiatives.
He has also supported organisations such as The Open University, Korn Ferry, Ocado, Settle Housing Group and Microsoft, providing expertise in recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development. With extensive experience coaching and mentoring teams, enhancing inclusive hiring practices, and partnering with organisations to create sustainable people-focused solutions, Jonathan brings valuable insight to Live Unlimited’s mission. Passionate about supporting people to achieve their potential, he is committed to strengthening the charity’s impact for care-experienced young people in Barnet.
