Natasha Langleben
Natasha has extensive experience in adolescent safeguarding and systems leadership. A former local authority social worker and manager of child in care and leaving care services, Natasha has always been passionate about improving the lives of care experienced people.
Natasha has pioneered work on Contextual and Transitional Safeguarding and is a published academic on care leaver isolation. She has held senior government delivery roles, training practitioners in AI tools, overseeing pilots, and supporting national scale-up — always focused on improving wellbeing. She leads the operations and service delivery function within The Violence Intervention Project - a youth violence charity in West London. She lives in Barnet and is delighted to be part of a local charity making a difference to a cohort she is so passionate about.
