Lee is the Commissioning, Strategy and Policy advisor for Barnet Council. He provides strategic policy development support within Children and Young People and the Children, Education, Libraries and Safeguarding Committee and relevant Governance and Partnership Boards. Part of his role includes leading on and supporting the development of commissioning strategies to achieve the council’s strategic ambition.

Lee is also a member of a voluntary organisation that mentors young children - helping to guide and inspire school pupils, improving confidence and self-esteem which inevitably has positive effects on their lives elsewhere.
