On the 4th September Live Unlimited and Art Against Knives came together to showcase the work of care-experienced young people through our joint music project Sound Lives, as well as celebrating Live Unlimited's art and film projects.
Art work from Art Lives was displayed at the event and a mix of songs created by young people who took part in Sound Lives was played on the night. The Mayor of Barnet gave out prizes to the young people who had completed these Creative Lives courses.
You can here a mix from 2024 and 2025 participants here:
Thank you to our speakers The Mayor of Barnet, Live Unlimited CEO Rachel, and Vice Chair of the Trustees, Jenni. Photos were taken by a care-experienced young person, who was given a camera through our Imagination Unlimited fund and is now studying photography at college.
It was great to bring together care-experienced young people, the charity’s supporters, our partners Art Against Knives and The Mayor of Barnet to celebrate young people's creativity!
