Imagination Unlimited is a fund that enables care experienced young people in Barnet aged 0-25 to unlock their potential and improve their health and wellbeing by providing access to skills, hobbies and pastimes.
We do this by providing items of equipment, new opportunities and experiences which would otherwise be financially out of reach, such as paying for horse riding lessons, a bicycle to commute to college or a pair safety boots so a young person can take up an apprenticeship.
The scheme was previously called The Imagination Trust and helped 181 young people to access new hobbies, past times and achieve their potential.
Imagination Unlimited is administered on behalf of Live Unlimited charity by Barnet Council.
Applications can be made by a responsible adult such as social worker, personal adviser or foster carer on behalf of a Barnet care experienced young person (or by the young person themselves if over 18).
To apply please complete the relevant application form below and email to firstname.lastname@example.org
NB: To avoid disappointment, please make sure you read the Eligibility Criteria & Guidelines carefully before submitting your application form.
“E has Down syndrome and loves music and dancing and singing along to her favourite songs. An ipad is an ideal for her as it will also help her get used to technology,”
Laura, foster carer
“Y has coordination problems so we wanted a bike that would help her with that, and mean that she’s like her big sister. Thank you so much “
Foster carer, Jane
